The terms for earning and being paid commission as a Jobstelo partner.
These terms govern your participation in the Jobstelo Partner Programme (the "Programme"). By applying, confirming your email, and promoting Jobstelo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not join the Programme.
"Jobstelo", "we", "us" refers to Jobstelo. "You", "Partner" refers to the individual or organisation accepted into the Programme.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate application details, including a valid email you can verify, a phone number, and your location.
We review every application and may approve or reject any application at our sole discretion. Acceptance is confirmed in writing, and only then are you a Partner.
You earn 20% of each qualifying payment made by a subscriber you refer, for up to 12 months of that subscriber's active, paid subscription. After 12 months, that subscriber's payments no longer generate commission.
Commission is only earned on genuine, completed payments. Free trials, unpaid periods, taxes, refunds, and discounts do not earn commission.
Referrals are tracked with a 30-day last-click cookie. If a user clicks your link and then clicks another partner's link before subscribing, the most recent partner receives the credit.
Self-referrals are not permitted and are automatically blocked. You cannot earn commission on your own account or accounts you control.
Payouts are issued on the 1st of each month by bank transfer or PayPal to the payout email on your account. You must reach a minimum balance of £20 to be paid; balances below £20 roll over to the following month.
You are responsible for keeping your payout details accurate. We are not liable for payments sent to an incorrect address you provided.
If a referred payment is refunded, reversed, or charged back, the related commission is reversed and deducted from your balance. We may withhold or reverse commission we reasonably believe results from fraud, abuse, or a breach of these terms.
Promote Jobstelo honestly and describe the product accurately. Make clear, where relevant, that you may earn a commission. Only use marketing materials and claims that are truthful and that we have made available or approved.
You must not: send spam or unsolicited messages; make false or misleading claims; bid on Jobstelo brand terms or misspellings in paid search; use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or other artificial tracking; impersonate Jobstelo or imply an official partnership beyond the Programme; or promote Jobstelo on sites containing illegal, hateful, or adult content.
Breach of this section may result in immediate removal from the Programme and forfeiture of unpaid commission.
Either party may end your participation at any time. On termination, any commission validly earned and above the payout threshold will be paid in the next cycle, unless it relates to fraud or a breach of these terms.
We may update the Programme, commission rates, or these terms. We will give reasonable notice of material changes. Continuing in the Programme after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
You participate as an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship between you and Jobstelo.
You are solely responsible for any taxes due on commission you earn, and for any registrations or filings required in your jurisdiction.
You must handle any personal data you encounter through the Programme lawfully and in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law. You must not misuse referred users' data.
The Programme is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the Programme is limited to the commission payable to you.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
